Safe Enterprises Retail Fixtures Ltd is progressing steadily with the development of its new integrated manufacturing facility in Ambernath, Maharashtra, which is scheduled to commence operations in December 2026. The expansion marks a significant milestone in the company’s growth strategy and is designed to strengthen its ability to serve the rapidly expanding organized retail market across India.

Spread across approximately 350,000 square feet, with more than 250,000 square feet dedicated to manufacturing operations, the new facility will significantly enhance production capabilities while bringing multiple operations under a single roof. The integrated setup is expected to streamline manufacturing processes, improve coordination between departments, and increase overall operational efficiency.

Safe Enterprises Retail Fixtures Ltd, listed on the NSE SME Exchange, specializes in the design, manufacturing, supply, and installation of retail fixtures and shopfitting solutions. The company serves a diverse customer base spanning fashion, apparel, footwear, electronics, beauty, lifestyle, and other organized retail segments. Over the years, it has established a strong reputation for delivering customized retail infrastructure solutions that support modern store formats and brand experiences.

The upcoming Ambernath plant will enable the company to consolidate its existing manufacturing activities currently spread across multiple facilities in Navi Mumbai. By integrating production, finishing, assembly, quality control, and dispatch functions within a single location, Safe Enterprises aims to improve productivity, reduce turnaround times, and enhance execution capabilities for large-scale retail rollout projects.

With more than three decades of experience in the industry, the company operates through a vertically integrated business model that covers design, engineering, manufacturing, and on-site installation. This approach allows it to manage complex multi-location projects efficiently while maintaining consistent quality standards.

Safe Enterprises has also developed a portfolio of proprietary shopfitting systems designed to offer flexibility, scalability, and ease of deployment. Built around modular configurations, these systems help retailers create consistent store environments while adapting layouts to suit different locations and formats. The company’s solutions are supported by certified testing standards and proprietary product designs developed to meet the evolving requirements of modern retail.

India’s organized retail sector continues to witness strong growth, driven by increasing consumer demand, expansion into emerging markets, and investments in new store formats. As retailers accelerate their expansion plans, the demand for standardized and scalable retail infrastructure solutions is expected to rise significantly.

Reflecting this momentum, Safe Enterprises reported strong financial performance in FY26, with consolidated revenue rising to ₹218.4 crore and net profit increasing to ₹63.9 crore. The Ambernath facility is expected to play a key role in supporting the company’s next phase of growth while reinforcing its position as a leading retail infrastructure solutions provider in India.
