DOMS Industries Limited announced its audited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended March 31, 2026, registering healthy growth across key business segments despite global economic uncertainties and rising input cost pressures. The company reported revenue from operations of ₹2,326.4 crore for FY26, marking a year-on-year growth of 21.6%, surpassing its projected guidance for the year. EBITDA for FY26 stood at ₹402.6 crore, reflecting a growth of 15.5% over the previous financial year. Profit after tax increased by 12.2% to ₹239.6 crore.

For the quarter ended March 2026, revenue from operations rose by 18.7% to ₹604 crore compared to the corresponding quarter last year. EBITDA during the quarter grew by 14.4% to ₹100.9 crore, while PAT climbed 13.5% to ₹58.2 crore. The company stated that growth during the year was supported by stable demand across major product categories, expansion of manufacturing capacities, and introduction of new products targeted at children and young consumers. The baby hygiene business also contributed positively, aided by improved utilization levels and healthy market traction.

Commenting on the company’s performance, Santosh Raveshia Managing Director, DOMS Industries Limited said, the business continued to deliver consistent growth despite evolving market conditions and disruptions across global supply chains. He noted that the domestic business maintained steady momentum driven by the company’s extensive distribution network and differentiated product portfolio. Export operations also demonstrated resilience amid global trade tensions, geopolitical developments, and regional instability, indicating continued demand for DOMS products in overseas markets.

The company highlighted that the latter part of the quarter witnessed increased volatility in raw material prices along with supply chain disruptions linked to geopolitical developments in West Asia. In response, DOMS has initiated calibrated measures aimed at protecting profitability and ensuring business continuity. These include phased pricing revisions, operational efficiency measures, and a balanced approach toward managing input cost fluctuations.

Management reiterated its confidence in the long-term growth outlook of the business, emphasizing that the company remains focused on disciplined execution and sustainable expansion strategies. As part of its ongoing manufacturing expansion program, DOMS stated that the first phase of its 45-acre-plus integrated project is nearing completion.

The first building at the facility is expected to be completed during the first quarter of FY27, while commercial production is likely to begin toward the end of the second quarter of FY27. The upcoming facility is expected to significantly enhance manufacturing flexibility and strengthen the company’s preparedness for future growth opportunities across domestic and international markets.
