Rodic Digital & Advisory, the digital transformation and strategic advisory arm of the Rodic Group, has announced the appointment of Varun Mundra as Chief Executive Officer – Technology. In his new role, Mundra will be responsible for shaping the company’s technology vision, steering its product development agenda, and expanding its portfolio of AI-driven solutions. His mandate includes building scalable digital platforms aimed at modernising infrastructure systems and public-sector operations.
Mundra’s background in working across highly regulated environments is expected to support Rodic Digital & Advisory’s growing engagement with public institutions and policymakers. His experience collaborating with health regulators, financial market authorities, and government bodies will be particularly relevant as the firm strengthens its role in advising on digital infrastructure design, data governance frameworks, and responsible adoption of artificial intelligence within public systems.
Announcing the appointment, Nagendra Nath Sinha, Managing Director of Rodic Digital & Advisory, said the company is entering a phase of accelerated growth. He noted that Mundra’s track record in developing AI-centric businesses, along with his experience in enterprise partnerships and government-facing initiatives, would help deepen the firm’s sector expertise and enable the delivery of smarter, more resilient infrastructure solutions at scale.

Varun Mundra brings more than 13 years of experience in building and scaling technology-led businesses across sectors including health technology, voice-based AI, financial technology, and enterprise software. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Country Manager for Vara, a Germany-based medical AI company specialising in early cancer detection, where he established and led the company’s India operations with full responsibility for business performance.
Prior to this, he held senior leadership roles at Skit, formerly known as Vernacular.ai, where he served as Enterprise Sales Director and Head of Financial Services and Insurance in India. Earlier in his career, Mr Mundra worked at TOPXIGHT Research Labs, where he drove the growth of multiple AI-based software ventures spanning capital markets, cybersecurity, and other deep-technology domains.
Mr Mundra holds an International MBA from SPJIMR in India and IESEG in France, along with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Nirma University. His professional expertise includes go-to-market strategy, organisational growth, consultative and enterprise sales, government business development, and product leadership.
