Commenting on the quarterly performance, Managing Director Harshad Patel said, “We are pleased to deliver a solid Q2 FY26, with revenue rising to ₹42.94 crore, recording a 9.83% year-on-year increase driven by robust demand from construction equipment, railways, textile machinery, and general engineering. EBITDA improved by 19.5% year-on-year to ₹4.26 crore, reflecting better operating leverage and an ongoing focus on efficiency and cost control. Our new Bengaluru plant is scaling up well and is positioned to achieve its projected revenue contribution of ₹100 crore over the next four years. The facility strengthens our footprint in South India—particularly within the construction equipment sector—and enhances service capability for OEM clients with quicker turnaround times and wider product offerings.
He added that the company remains focused on expanding its high-value fabrication portfolio, growing its tubes and cut-steel parts divisions, and advancing robotic welding integration across its manufacturing lines. With favourable trends in infrastructure, power equipment, and mobility segments, Rishi Laser expects to continue delivering consistent and profitable growth in the coming quarters.”
