The upgraded facility represents a strategic investment in advanced manufacturing infrastructure and further positions Rajoo Engineers among India’s most sophisticated production centres dedicated to extrusion technology. The modernization programme includes the installation and commissioning of advanced machining systems sourced from globally recognised machine tool manufacturers Okuma, Huron and Jyoti.
The expanded manufacturing ecosystem is designed to support the production of large, complex and high-precision machine components entirely in-house. By integrating advanced machining technologies under one roof, the company has strengthened its ability to manufacture critical components for next-generation extrusion systems with greater accuracy, consistency and operational efficiency.
The enhanced facility now combines advanced five-axis multitasking machining, vertical turning and milling capabilities, and high-performance precision manufacturing technologies. These capabilities are expected to improve production flexibility, optimize manufacturing workflows and increase the company’s capacity to handle highly sophisticated engineering requirements.
The upgrade is also expected to deliver significant operational benefits, including higher in-house value addition, improved quality control, shorter production cycles and reduced lead times.
