Rajoo Engineers Limited, one of India’s leading manufacturers of plastic extrusion machinery, has reported a strong financial performance for the first quarter of FY2026-27, driven by higher production levels, timely execution of customer orders, and sustained demand across domestic and international markets.
For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the company recorded consolidated revenue from operations of ₹123.07 crore, registering a 44.66% increase from ₹85.07 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. The growth was supported by high production activity and efficient dispatch of machines throughout the quarter, including the execution of orders carried forward from earlier periods.
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA), excluding other income, rose to ₹21.72 crore from ₹18.58 crore in the year-ago quarter, reflecting a year-on-year increase of 16.90%. Profit after tax stood at ₹17.35 crore compared with ₹15.02 crore in Q1 FY26, representing growth of 15.52%. The company reported a PAT margin of 14.10% during the quarter.
Although EBITDA margin moderated to 17.65% from 21.84% in the corresponding period last year due to higher raw material, procurement, and logistics costs, the company achieved a significant sequential improvement supported by stronger capacity utilisation, a higher proportion of value-added machine deliveries, and the consolidation of subsidiary financial results.
Commenting on the performance, Khushboo Chandrakant Doshi, Managing Director of Rajoo Engineers Limited, said the company had made a strong start to the financial year through disciplined execution, efficient manufacturing operations, and timely customer deliveries. She noted that production facilities operated at high utilisation levels, enabling the company to achieve substantial revenue growth while maintaining operational efficiency across both domestic and export markets.
Mr Doshi added that despite inflationary pressure on input costs and supply chain challenges arising from global geopolitical developments, the company remained focused on improving procurement efficiency, optimising costs, and enhancing its product portfolio. She expressed confidence that rising demand for sustainable packaging solutions, continued investment in manufacturing modernisation, and expanding opportunities in polymer processing would support future growth.
