PVV Infra Limited, an infrastructure firm with a focus on rooftop and ground-mounted solar energy systems, has received two major project orders totaling ₹799 crore. Its subsidiary, PVV EVTech Private Limited, has entered into a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Uttar Pradesh New and Renewable Energy Development Agency (UPNEDA) for the development of a 100 MW solar project across sites in Baghpat and Moradabad districts. The venture is being executed in partnership with Nacof Oorja Pvt Ltd and involves a projected investment of ₹384 crore, with expected annual revenue of approximately ₹53 crore.
In a separate development, PVV Housing Private Limited—another subsidiary of PVV Infra—has been awarded an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contract for a 109 MW solar project in the same districts, also in collaboration with Nacof Oorja Pvt Ltd. The estimated value of this contract stands at around ₹415 crore.
As part of its ongoing growth strategy, the Board of Directors has approved the formation of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) to manage renewable energy ventures more efficiently. This structure, executed through its subsidiaries, will allow the company to organize projects by location and function (power development and EPC), aiming to enhance execution, reduce risk, and improve project oversight. These developments reflect PVV Infra’s broader plan to strengthen its position in the renewable energy space, capitalizing on its technical and operational strengths in both project development and turnkey execution.
PVV Infra Limited offers end-to-end solutions in infrastructure, covering design, engineering, and execution. Beyond renewable energy, the company is engaged in the construction and management of residential projects, industrial zones, commercial complexes, and township developments. It also participates in the full cycle of power project development—from ownership and construction to operation and transfer.
