OPEX Corporation, a global provider of next-generation automation technologies for warehouse, document, and mail processing, will present its latest warehouse automation systems at LogiMAT 2026. The international trade fair for intralogistics solutions and process management will take place from March 24 to 26 at the Stuttgart Trade Fair Center in Germany.

During the three-day exhibition, OPEX will highlight several of its automation technologies designed to improve warehouse efficiency, streamline operations, and address growing labour challenges in fulfilment and distribution environments. The company will exhibit at Hall 5, Stand B25.

According to Alex Stevens, President of Warehouse Automation at OPEX, the event provides an opportunity to connect with logistics professionals and demonstrate how automation can support operational transformation. He noted that LogiMAT brings together global industry leaders and offers a valuable platform for presenting technologies that help organisationsoptimise workflows and enhance productivity.

One of the key systems on display will be Sure Sort® X with Xtract, an automated pack-out and order takeaway solution designed to replace several manual warehouse processes with a single streamlined workflow. The system automates sorting, retrieving, and packaging functions, helping fulfilmentcentres handle high order volumes while maintaining accuracy and reducing labour dependence. Its modular design enables warehouses to achieve high throughput within limited floor space.

OPEX will also present a static display of its Perfect Pick® automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS). The robotic goods-to-person system is designed to increase picking efficiency by delivering inventory directly to operators. Using robotic vehicles and conveyor systems, Perfect Pick® manages tote movement in and out of storage locations while supporting multiple tote sizes and flexible warehouse layouts. The system helps organisations improve order accuracy, reduce labour costs, and make more efficient use of available storage space.

Visitors will also be able to view OPEX’s iBOT robotic vehicles, which operate within the company’s Infinity® and Xtract automation systems. These robots are designed to move inventory throughout the storage environment while supporting scalable automation operations.

Another innovation featured at the exhibition is the Peltier Tote, introduced by OPEX in January 2026. This AI-enabled tote provides multi-temperature cold storage capability within automated warehouse systems. Designed to support industries such as grocery, pharmaceutical, and life sciences, the solution enables the storage and retrieval of chilled or frozen products without the need for traditional freezer rooms or specialised infrastructure.

During the exhibition, logistics professionals can book 15-minute VIP consultation sessions with OPEX specialists to review their operational challenges and explore automation strategies. Demonstrations of the Sure Sort X with Xtract system can also be scheduled in advance. With more than 350 patents and five decades of engineering expertise, OPEX continues to develop automation technologies that help organisations improve productivity, reduce costs, and modernise warehouse operations.
