Nagarro SE and Addverb Technologies have entered into a strategic partnership to jointly develop and deploy advanced robotic automation solutions and digital twin technologies for warehousing, manufacturing, and industrial operations worldwide. The collaboration has been formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at combining Nagarro’s expertise in software engineering, digital integration, and intelligent systems with Addverb’s capabilities in robotics hardware, warehouse automation, and industrial automation technologies.

The companies stated that the partnership will focus on developing integrated end-to-end automation ecosystems capable of improving operational efficiency, scalability, and system intelligence across industrial supply chains. As part of the collaboration, the two organisations will jointly work on solution development initiatives, including intellectual property co-creation, product engineering, and knowledge-sharing programmes. The partnership will also explore the establishment of robotic innovation centres and technology-driven makerspaces designed to support experimentation, research, and accelerated deployment of next-generation automation systems.

Commenting on the collaboration, Sangeet Kumar, CEO and Co-founder of Addverb Technologies, said the future of industrial automation increasingly depends on tightly integrated systems where robotics and software platforms function together seamlessly.

He stated that Addverb is expanding beyond hardware-focused automation towards intelligent end-to-end industrial solutions capable of supporting evolving supply chain and warehouse requirements globally. According to him, the partnership with Nagarro strengthens the company’s ability to develop scalable and agile automation ecosystems for future-ready industrial operations.

Under the partnership framework, Nagarro will primarily focus on software integration, digital platforms, AI-driven solutions, and systems engineering, while Addverb will lead robotics deployment, hardware integration, automation infrastructure, and lifecycle support services. The two companies also plan to jointly explore market opportunities across warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain operations through coordinated go-to-market strategies and customer engagement initiatives.

Ganesh Sahai, Chief Technology Officer at Nagarro, said the collaboration aims to bridge the gap between software systems, robotics technologies, and operational workflows to create integrated automation environments capable of delivering faster execution, higher operational efficiency, and more predictable outcomes for customers. The partnership reflects Nagarro’s continued focus on developing AI-led engineering solutions that integrate digital technologies with physical industrial operations, enabling businesses to improve scalability, productivity, and operational resilience.

Founded in 2016, Addverb Technologies has emerged as a major robotics and warehouse automation company delivering integrated automation solutions for industrial and logistics applications.
