TVS Automobile Solutions (TVS ASL), which operates the myTVS automotive aftermarket brand and is part of the $3 billion TVS Mobility Group, has raised ₹425 crore in a Series D funding round led by CE-Invests, the strategic investment platform of UAE-based Crescent Enterprises. The investment will support myTVS’ expansion in India and its plans to explore international markets, initially focusing on the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). The company also plans to increase investments in artificial intelligence and technology as it targets near-term business growth of 25–35%.

myTVS has built an automotive aftermarket platform combining digital services with a physical service network. The platform provides vehicle repair and maintenance, parts, accessories, tyres, batteries, insurance and roadside assistance services for customers and fleet operators. The company also works with original equipment manufacturers and electric vehicle manufacturers. myTVS achieved EBITDA breakeven in FY26 and plans to scale its operations while maintaining profitable growth. The latest investment is expected to support the development of its technology platform and its expansion into additional markets.

R Dinesh, Director, TVS Automobile Solutions Ltd., said, “We are delighted to have CE-Invests as an investor. myTVS has scaled up its technology-led services and parts platform to serve the end customer directly and by working with various corporate partners and vehicle manufacturers in India. This investment is a further proof that this technology-led platform is capable of delivering a similar experience in other markets.”

Under the partnership, TVS ASL and CE-Invests will assess opportunities to adapt myTVS’ technology and operating model for mobility and fleet businesses across MENA. CE-Invests will provide regional market knowledge and business networks to support the company’s expansion.

Tushar Singhvi, Deputy CEO and Head of Investments at Crescent Enterprises, said the investment was based on myTVS’ integrated technology platform and its potential to improve service quality, transparency and vehicle uptime. He added that CE-Invests would support the company with market insight, commercial relationships and regional execution capabilities.

Badr Jafar, CEO of Crescent Enterprises, said the partnership would connect India’s technology and operating capabilities with the UAE’s capital, infrastructure and regional reach. Before the Series D round, myTVS had raised approximately ₹690 crore, including ₹203 crore from Lingotto, an Exor company, in 2022 and ₹487 crore from Castrol in 2023.

NAFA Sustainable Finance (NAFA SF) acted as the financial advisor to TVS Automobile Solutions for the capital raise. Ameya Prabhu, CEO, NAFA Group and Director, NAFA SF, said the transaction would provide myTVS with a platform to expand in India while exploring opportunities in MENA.
