Mphasis, a global technology company specializing in cloud and AI-driven solutions, has launched its first Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Financial Services in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The center has already onboarded 50 professionals and plans to grow the team to nearly 200 by year-end, with further expansion expected in the coming years.
The new hub strengthens Mphasis’ focus on building advanced AI applications tailored to the financial services sector across Latin America. With Argentina’s strong foundation in banking and fintech, and Mphasis’ expertise in AI and cloud-based technologies, the center aims to support the evolving digital needs of both local and global financial institutions.
As part of its Mphasis.ai business, the CoE will serve as a platform for rolling out scalable, AI-enabled financial solutions. Argentina will also serve as the base for the company’s Latin American operations, supporting a wide range of technology deployments and innovation initiatives. The Buenos Aires facility is expected to play a key role in delivering services to Mphasis’ North American clients, particularly in retail banking and insurance, where the company already works with the majority of leading players.
