Manaksia Coated Metals & Industries Limited (NSE: MANAKCOAT, BSE: 539046), a prominent manufacturer and exporter of coated steel products, has announced the establishment of a 7 MWp DC ground-mounted solar power plant in Gujarat. The initiative, undertaken under the Open Access mechanism, follows a partnership with Prozeal Green Energy Limited, one of India’s leading renewable energy EPC and IPP firms.

The project represents a major step forward in Manaksia Coated Metals’ sustainability journey, aiming to lower power costs, enhance energy efficiency, and reduce dependency on conventional grid electricity. By integrating renewable energy into its operations, the company seeks to strengthen profitability, minimize carbon intensity per ton of production, and ensure long-term energy stability.
