MACH Machine Tools is set to strengthen its presence in the North American market by showcasing its latest range of machine tool technologies at the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) 2026, scheduled to be held in Chicago from September 14 to 19. The exhibition marks an important milestone in the company’s expansion strategy following the establishment of MACH Machine Tools USA, its new subsidiary and stocking facility in Joliet, Illinois, in 2025.
The company will use IMTS 2026 as a platform to demonstrate its latest manufacturing technologies, strengthen relationships with customers and distributors, and expand its sales and support network across the United States, Canada and Mexico. Building on the momentum generated at WESTEC 2025 in Anaheim, California, MACH Machine Tools aims to further increase brand visibility in North America. The company received a positive response at the exhibition, securing customer orders and appointing its first U.S. distributor, providing a strong foundation for future growth in the region.
At IMTS 2026, MACH Machine Tools will showcase three of its most popular machine tools, including the MACH VS-1 Classic, MACH VS-1 Super Precision (SP) manual milling machines, and the latest MACH MDM AR-700 bed mill. The new bed mill features a BT40 spindle operating at 5,000 rpm, roller linear guideways, a large working table and the advanced DynaPath CNC control system, designed to deliver high accuracy, productivity and ease of operation.
The DynaPath control system offers advanced machining capabilities while simplifying machine operation for users. It includes integrated Wi-Fi connectivity with Remote Assist, providing customers with round-the-clock remote technical support and application assistance. Users also receive software updates throughout the machine’s operational life, ensuring continued access to the latest system enhancements.
Commenting on the company’s participation at IMTS, David Andrew, Group Managing Director of MACH Machine Tools, said the company’s entry into the U.S. market has delivered encouraging results. He noted that WESTEC helped introduce MACH products to a wider customer base while creating valuable opportunities to build partnerships with distributors and manufacturers.
He added that IMTS 2026 provides a significantly larger platform to showcase the company’s engineering capabilities and expand its footprint across North America. According to Andrew, MACH’s machines combine precision, reliability and value, making them well suited to the requirements of manufacturers across multiple industries.
All MACH CNC and manual machines supplied to the US market are assembled in the United Kingdom and undergo comprehensive pre-delivery inspection at the company’s manufacturing facility in Bristol, England, before shipment. This ensures every machine meets stringent quality and performance standards before reaching customers.
Since entering the North American market, MACH Machine Tools has received strong interest from component manufacturers as well as educational institutions. The company’s machines are already widely used by universities, technical colleges and apprenticeship training centres across the United Kingdom and Ireland, and the company expects similar demand from educational organisations in the United States. With its participation at IMTS 2026, MACH Machine Tools aims to strengthen its distribution network, expand customer engagement and reinforce its position as a trusted supplier of advanced machine tools for the manufacturing industry across North America.
