LTM, a Larsen & Toubro Group company and global technology services provider, has launched BlueVerse™ OneToken, a workload routing and governance platform designed to help enterprises manage AI model usage, token consumption and costs. BlueVerse OneToken automatically routes enterprise AI requests to different models based on requirements such as quality, security, performance and cost. The platform is designed for enterprises running agentic workflows where workloads may otherwise be directed to higher-cost frontier models even when other models can deliver the required results.
The platform supports workloads including coding, voice, customer service, research and AI agents. It can be deployed across an organisation’s existing AI environment and provides a single subscription for AI consumption through existing cloud providers. OneToken plug-ins are available across Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure. LTM said the platform can manage combinations of frontier, mainstream, small language and open-source models through its model-harnessing capabilities.
The system is designed to match individual workloads with suitable models, helping enterprises monitor token consumption and identify opportunities for optimisation. It also provides persona-based usage structures for functions such as marketing, product development and customer service.
These structures allow organisations to monitor usage patterns and compare AI utilisation against industry benchmarks. The platform also maintains a traceable record of AI requests to support transparency and accountability. According to LTM, BlueVerse OneToken can help enterprises improve the return on AI spending by selecting models according to workload requirements, benchmark AI performance against historical outcomes, apply enterprise policies before requests are routed and continue using existing AI environments and commercial arrangements.
Venu Lambu, CEO and Managing Director, LTM, said the company had been building AI capabilities covering agentic products and underlying models and that OneToken extends these capabilities to AI consumption and orchestration. “Our clients can consume AI through a single subscription, and we take responsibility for making every token work as hard as it can. Helping enterprises deploy AI is no longer enough. They need a partner who can continuously orchestrate AI use and optimize consumption across models, workloads and environments,” he said. BlueVerse OneToken is now available to LTM’s global clients. The company has introduced a time-bound immersion programme to establish current AI consumption benchmarks and identify potential optimisation opportunities.
