Effective March 31, 2026, K Srinivasan has stepped down as Managing Director after completing his tenure. The company has appointed Aman Kirloskar as Managing Director for a five-year term, effective April 1, 2026. His appointment follows approval from shareholders through a postal ballot. The Board acknowledged the continued support and confidence shown by shareholders in the company’s direction.
Aman Kirloskar brings extensive experience within the Kirloskar Group, having handled responsibilities across operations, supply chain, and business strategy.
