Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited (KPCL), a manufacturer of air, refrigeration and gas compressor systems, has completed the acquisition of an additional 44.74% equity stake in Systems & Components India Private Limited. Following this transaction, Systems & Components India has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, effective May 4, 2026.
The move forms part of KPCL’s broader strategy to streamline its subsidiary structure and strengthen operational alignment. The company indicated that it will undertake a structured transformation process aimed at improving performance and bringing the subsidiary in line with expectations set at the time of its initial investment. This transition is expected to take place over a period of time as operational efficiencies and strategic initiatives are implemented.
