Kamdhenu Jeevandhara Foundation, the corporate social responsibility arm of Kamdhenu Group, has expanded its skill development initiatives with the launch of a new training centre in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. The facility marks the Foundation’s second dedicated skill development centre and is aimed at enhancing employability and livelihood opportunities for underprivileged communities in the region.
Located in the RIICO Industrial Area of Bhiwadi, the centre has commenced training programs in computer education and tailoring, with plans to introduce additional courses in communication skills, beauty and wellness, and other vocational disciplines in the coming months. The initiative is designed to support industrial workers, women, youth and economically disadvantaged individuals by equipping them with practical skills that can lead to employment, self-employment and entrepreneurship opportunities.
Speaking on the launch, Radha Agarwal, Chairperson of Kamdhenu Jeevandhara Foundation, said, “Empowering individuals through skill development remains one of the most impactful ways to create lasting social change. The Foundation’s training programs have positively transformed the lives of many beneficiaries and their families over the years. The launch of our Bhiwadi centre reflects our continued commitment to creating opportunities for individuals to improve their economic prospects and build sustainable livelihoods.”
The centre is being operated in association with the Rotary Club of Bhiwadi and currently offers structured training programs in computer applications and stitching. Each course has an enrollment capacity of 60 students, with classes conducted in four batches of 15 participants each. The six-month programs are delivered by qualified instructors under the supervision of a dedicated centre coordinator.
Since launching its skill development initiatives in 2019, the Foundation has worked to provide vocational training and support services to underserved communities. In addition to classroom-based learning, selected beneficiaries receive assistance in the form of sewing machines and computers to help them establish independent income-generating activities after completing their training. Beyond skill development, Kamdhenu Jeevandhara Foundation actively undertakes community welfare programs including tree plantation drives, blood donation camps, environmental awareness campaigns and social outreach initiatives aimed at improving quality of life across communities.
The Foundation’s latest expansion aligns with its broader vision of promoting inclusive growth and creating meaningful opportunities for social and economic advancement. By establishing training facilities in areas with significant industrial activity, the organization aims to bridge skill gaps, improve employability and contribute to local economic development. Through sustained investments in education, vocational training and community welfare, Kamdhenu Jeevandhara Foundation continues to strengthen its role as a catalyst for positive social transformation and long-term community empowerment.
