Kalyani Forge Limited has announced its financial results for the third quarter of FY26, reporting improved operating performance and its highest-ever quarterly EBITDA margin. Revenue for Q3 FY26 stood at ₹58.22 crore, reflecting a modest sequential increase.
EBITDA margin reached 15.7 percent, marking the strongest margin performance in the company’s history. Profit Before Tax was ₹3.95 crore, the highest level recorded in the past four quarters. Profit After Tax stood at a marginal loss of ₹0.12 crore, impacted by deferred tax adjustments.
Viraj Kalyani, Managing Director, stated that margin improvement was driven by disciplined cost management and structural operational enhancements. He noted that revenue growth was moderated due to a conscious decision to exit lower-margin business segments in favor of sustainable profitability.
During the quarter, the company continued implementing its structured turnaround program focused on governance enhancement, operational efficiency and margin expansion. The internally established Vriddhi Council advanced multiple productivity and cost optimization initiatives, particularly across material and conversion expenses.
Operational initiatives included ongoing machine reconciliation programs, prioritization of high-volume automotive and electric vehicle business, and refurbishment of heat treatment infrastructure to enhance reliability. Working capital discipline improved through automated credit controls and tighter monitoring processes. To support planned capital expenditure in FY27 aligned with long-term growth objectives, the company is evaluating a combination of long-term debt and equity funding to strengthen its balance sheet.
Kalyani Forge has also entered the execution phase of its clean audit roadmap. Outsourced ledger reconciliation processes have begun to enhance financial transparency and address legacy account balances. The company manufactures precision forged and machined components for automotive and industrial customers in domestic and international markets.
