Jeh Aerospace, among the fastest-expanding players in global aerospace manufacturing, has announced the debut of Mach 2, its next-generation production facility at Horizon Industrial Park in Kothur — a major step toward creating one of the world’s most digitally integrated aerospace plants. Covering approximately 200,000 sq ft, the new site nearly quadruples the company’s operations in Hyderabad and increases its total presence in the city to more than 250,000 sq ft. Purpose-built as an intelligent, software-orchestrated manufacturing ecosystem, the facility will combine autonomous machining, digital twin technology, and closed-loop quality control to push the boundaries of aerospace precision.

Set within Horizon’s IGBC Platinum pre-certified industrial campus, the larger 1.3-million-sq.-ft. park is designed for sustainability, operational efficiency, and resilience. Horizon Industrial Parks — a leading developer of high-performance industrial environments in India — hosts marquee firms across advanced manufacturing, clean energy, and specialized engineering.

“This expansion is not just about adding more space; it represents a new way of thinking about manufacturing,” said Vishal Sanghavi, Founder & CEO of Jeh Aerospace. “Our Hyderabad site is being architected as a software-defined, AI-enabled production system capable of adapting, learning, and delivering accuracy at scale. It reflects our conviction that the future of aerospace production will be shaped by the fusion of skilled talent, advanced technology, and continuous transformation.” He added that Horizon Industrial Parks was a natural partner, offering reliable, high-quality infrastructure that aligns with Jeh’s focus on sustainability and operational excellence.

Urvish Rambhia, CEO of Horizon Industrial Parks, remarked: “We are excited to work with Jeh Aerospace in developing a world-class digital manufacturing hub in Hyderabad. Our Kothur campus represents the next evolution of industrial infrastructure — sustainable, interconnected, and globally competitive. We’re proud to support Jeh’s ambition of elevating aerospace manufacturing from India to the global stage.”

Jeh Aerospace has built an order pipeline of more than $150 million within just 18 months, reflecting rising international demand for its high-accuracy components. The new Hyderabad facility will significantly bolster output, accelerate automation, and reinforce digital supply-chain resilience for global aerospace customers. Supported by leading investors such as General Catalyst, Elevation Capital, and IndiGo Ventures, the company continues to invest in advanced production systems, proprietary software platforms, and top technical talent to shape the aerospace supply chain of tomorrow.

Jeh Aerospace delivers high-precision aerospace and defense components through software-defined manufacturing systems. Headquartered in Atlanta, with cutting-edge production capabilities in Hyderabad, the company supplies flight-critical parts with exceptional quality and rapid turnaround. Founded by Vishal R. Sanghavi and Venkatesh Mudragalla, the organization is committed to building global supply-chain resilience through innovation and world-class engineering.
