InfiniumPharmachem commissions Gujarat facility for contrast media raw materials, enters new value chain

InfiniumPharmachem Ltd has completed and commissioned its new contrast media raw materials manufacturing facility at GIDC Sojitra, Anand district, Gujarat, effective January 16, 2026. The new unit marks a key milestone in the company’s forward integration strategy, enabling InfiniumPharmachem to enter the contrast media value chain. Building on its established strengths in iodine-based chemistry, the company plans to pursue higher-value opportunities across multiple end-use applications.

The contrast media segment is expected to become a major growth driver for InfiniumPharmachem. Over the next three years, the company is targeting revenue of around ₹100 crore annually from this vertical, with expected EBITDA margins of approximately 30%.

The company also expects the initiative to lift blended EBITDA margins to around 20%. InfiniumPharmachem said the expansion positions it for value-added offerings linked to contrast media applications, supporting pharmaceutical, diagnostic imaging and healthcare markets in line with long-term growth plans.
