HSG Laser, a global provider of laser cutting systems and automation technology, participated in IMTEX 2026 from January 21 to 25 at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre. From Booth B122 in Hall 5, the company presented a wide range of solutions for metal fabrication, including laser cutting systems, tube cutting equipment, welding solutions, automation systems, and press brakes. The showcase reflected HSG Laser’s end-to-end capabilities in supporting intelligent manufacturing and integrated production workflows for fabrication businesses.

During the exhibition, HSG Laser demonstrated a set of key systems built to address practical shop-floor requirements, with emphasis on productivity, operational stability, and adaptability across applications. Featured solutions included the G6525X, positioned as a stable and cost-efficient machine for standard cutting work and basic batch output. The R2 Series was highlighted for processing tubes of multiple sizes while delivering high-speed performance and dependable operating consistency, helping users maintain predictable production costs. The company also presented the C3015, a compact laser cutting system designed for manufacturers seeking a space-efficient and dependable entry-level solution.

In bending and welding, HSG Laser exhibited the HC1703 press brake, equipped with servo drive technology and automatic crowning compensation for accurate and repeatable bending results. The W720F welding system was also showcased, featuring programming without manual teaching, combined with vision-based recognition and proprietary algorithms to support precise seam detection and steady automated welding output.

Alongside product demonstrations, HSG Laser emphasized its long-term focus on customer support and local investment in India. The company marks its 20th anniversary in 2026 and said its approach over two decades has been driven by building durable technology platforms and service structures that support customer growth.

As part of its continued localization strategy, HSG Laser has expanded local infrastructure, including spare parts warehouses in Chennai, Delhi, and Bangalore to help reduce downtime and speed up service response. A dedicated laser and cutting-head repair center and laboratory in Bangalore further strengthens local maintenance and technical capability. The company also noted that training programs and multilingual technical support are being used to strengthen customer skill development and improve the overall ownership experience. HSG Laser said it continues to build partnerships and invest in the local ecosystem to support long-term value in India’s metal fabrication industry.

Since entering India in 2012, HSG Laser India has served more than 2,000 customers nationwide. Headquartered in Chennai and supported by a customer service center in Bangalore, the company provides sales, technical support, and tailored after-sales services focused on maximizing equipment uptime.
