HCLTech, a global technology services company, has been selected as the strategic IT partner for Team Global Express, the largest multimodal logistics operator across Australia and New Zealand. The partnership is aimed at accelerating digital modernisation through AI-driven solutions and a unified technology framework.
Under the agreement, Team Global Express will consolidate its multi-vendor IT environment into a single strategic engagement with HCLTech. The collaboration is expected to simplify operations, improve service reliability and enable faster, data-backed decision-making across the organisation.
HCLTech will deliver end-to-end managed IT services covering enterprise applications, hybrid cloud infrastructure, network services, cybersecurity, digital workplace solutions and IT service management. By standardising and optimising these functions, Team Global Express aims to enhance operational efficiency and support future growth.
A key component of the transformation will be HCLTech’s AI Force platform, a generative AI–powered solution designed to automate service processes, strengthen compliance and improve customer experience. The platform will help reduce manual intervention, enable predictive insights and support consistent service delivery across logistics operations.
Danny Gravell, Chief Innovation Officer at Team Global Express, said the partnership marks an important step in strengthening the company’s technology foundation. He noted that HCLTech’s logistics expertise and focus on innovation will play a crucial role in modernising IT systems and supporting customer-centric services across the region.
Sonia Eland, Executive Vice President and Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand at HCLTech, said the collaboration reflects the company’s commitment to delivering scalable, AI-enabled solutions that create long-term value. She added that HCLTech looks forward to supporting Team Global Express in its digital transformation journey.
