FlexQube has received a follow-up order valued at approximately USD 0.9 million from one of the world’s largest e-commerce and logistics companies in the United States, further strengthening its position in the rapidly evolving autonomous logistics sector. The new order supports the expansion of an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) project initially launched during the third quarter of 2025. The initiative focuses on a separate logistics application from projects previously announced in 2026, highlighting the customer’s continued interest in exploring additional operational use cases for FlexQube’s technology.

The order includes specialized software and hardware components designed for an expanded pilot deployment at one of the customer’s logistics facilities. Delivery is scheduled for the latter half of 2026. At the center of the project is FlexQube’s Navigator AMR platform, which is being integrated with a specially engineered load carrier solution. The objective is to automate a complex internal material flow process that requires a high degree of precision, flexibility, and integration with existing logistics operations.

The solution combines autonomous robotics, modular load carrier systems, and customized software designed to address specific operational requirements. According to FlexQube, the project demonstrates the adaptability of its technology in environments where conventional automation solutions may struggle to deliver the required performance.

A key feature of the deployment is the introduction of an advanced camera-based technology integrated into the load carrier system. This capability enables automatic identification of transported carts and seamless communication with the customer’s business systems. The enhanced functionality is expected to improve traceability, strengthen process visibility, and support higher levels of automation throughout the logistics chain.

FlexQube believes the pilot project has substantial long-term potential. If operational objectives are achieved, the company estimates that the deployment could eventually scale to several hundred autonomous robots and load carriers across multiple facilities and logistics workflows.

Anders Fogelberg, Chief Executive Officer of FlexQube, said the order reflects growing confidence in the company’s Navigator AMR platform and highlights the customer’s willingness to expand automation into increasingly complex logistics processes. He noted that the project showcases FlexQube’s ability to integrate robotics, software, mechanical engineering, and customer-specific workflows into a single end-to-end solution capable of addressing demanding operational challenges.
