Centric Software® has announced that performance sock brand Feetures has selected Centric PLM™ to strengthen its product development processes and create a scalable foundation for future growth. The implementation is aimed at improving product data management, enhancing collaboration across teams, and increasing visibility throughout the product development lifecycle.

Founded in 2002 and headquartered in North Carolina, Feetures has built a strong reputation for designing high-performance running and athletic socks. The family-owned company has grown into a leading global brand with a portfolio of more than 750 SKUs, serving customers through online platforms as well as retail stores across multiple markets.

As the company expanded, it identified the need for a more advanced product lifecycle management platform capable of supporting its growing operations. The move to Centric PLM is expected to help streamline workflows, improve access to product information, and support efficient decision-making across departments.

Song Anh Nguyen, Vice President of Product at Feetures, said the company’s growth highlighted the importance of having centralized product data and better visibility across teams. He noted that the adoption of Centric PLM represents an important step in creating a stronger operational foundation that will support the business as it continues to expand.

Feetures selected Centric PLM for its flexible interface, configurable workflows, and robust product data management capabilities. The platform is designed to support changing business needs while providing greater control over product information, bill of materials management, and collaboration between design, sourcing, and development teams.

The implementation is expected to reduce manual processes, improve project tracking, and provide teams with faster access to accurate product information. By replacing disconnected systems with a unified platform, the company aims to improve productivity while reducing delays caused by manual data management.

As part of the next phase of its digital transformation, Feetures also plans to integrate Centric PLM with its enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This integration is expected to improve data flow between business functions, reduce manual data entry, and provide better business insights for planning and execution.

Nguyen emphasized that product data has become a critical business asset, influencing product development, planning, sales, e-commerce, and customer service. He said the company continues to invest in systems and processes that improve data quality and make information more accessible across the organization. Sharing advice for businesses considering a PLM platform, the Feetures product team said companies should look beyond their current requirements and choose a solution that can adapt as business complexity increases over time.

Fabrice Canonge, Chief Executive Officer of Centric Software, welcomed Feetures to its growing customer base. He said the implementation of Centric PLM will provide the company with a strong foundation for managing product information, improving collaboration, and supporting long-term business growth while maintaining the quality and performance standards for which the brand is known.
