Eaton has officially launched its Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence (GSC CoE) and an advanced manufacturing facility in Pune, India, enhancing its global supply chain and production capabilities. This new facility, covering 150,000 square feet in Baner, underscores India’s growing role as a key player in Eaton’s global expansion. The facility was inaugurated by Rogerio Branco, Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain and Operations Officer; Sreekumar Panicker, Vice President and Head of the Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence, India; and Pradeep Kumar SK, Country Head and Managing Director, India, Eaton, along with other senior Eaton executives.
The new center will serve as a collaborative space designed to foster innovation, operational efficiency, and seamless knowledge sharing across Eaton’s teams. Through this expansion, Eaton continues to tap into India’s rich talent pool in technology, engineering, and operations, driving business transformation while further integrating India into its global supply chain network.

The GSC CoE will support Eaton’s global manufacturing plants and supply chain teams by driving cost-saving initiatives, streamlining sourcing, and implementing supplier consolidation, all while leveraging the latest technologies to optimize supply chain, materials, and logistics operations. The center will bring manufacturing expertise that leads to improved efficiency and simpler processes across Eaton’s value chain.
