e-SPRINTO to Launch G1 Family Electric Scooter on October 13

Electric two-wheeler brand e-SPRINTO will launch its new family electric scooter, the G1, on October 13, 2026, as it expands from the business-to-business (B2B) market into the business-to-consumer (B2C) segment. The e-SPRINTO G1 has been developed for everyday mobility, with a focus on practical use, performance and convenience for individual consumers and families. The scooter is claimed to offer a range of up to 130 km on a single charge.

The launch marks a new phase for e-SPRINTO as the company looks to build on its experience of supplying electric two-wheelers to delivery fleets and business customers. The company’s vehicles currently operate across more than 18 states, giving it exposure to different road conditions and usage patterns across India.

According to e-SPRINTO, this experience has contributed to the development of the G1, which has been designed around the requirements of daily commuting and family use. The company is positioning the new scooter as an option for consumers looking for an electric two-wheeler for regular travel.

The e-SPRINTO G1 is expected to offer features aimed at improving convenience for everyday riders while maintaining the performance-focused approach of the company’s existing electric two-wheeler portfolio. The company will announce the complete specifications, variants, pricing and availability of the scooter at the launch.

The move into the B2C segment comes as electric two-wheelers gain wider acceptance in India’s personal mobility market. e-SPRINTO said its transition from serving commercial fleets to addressing individual and family mobility requirements is part of its broader plans to expand its presence in the electric two-wheeler market.

The company is positioning the G1 around the theme “G1-Ek Tension Kam”, highlighting its focus on providing a simpler electric mobility option for families and daily commuters. The October 13 launch will provide details of the scooter’s technical specifications, features, pricing and market availability. The company is also expected to outline its plans for the B2C segment and its retail strategy for the new product. Founded by Vinod Gupta, Atul Gupta and Shalu Gupta, e-SPRINTO was established with a focus on electric two-wheelers and the transition from internal combustion engine vehicles to electric mobility.

The company develops electric two-wheelers for the Indian market, with an emphasis on reliability, performance and sustainable mobility. Its experience in the B2B segment includes supplying electric scooters for commercial and delivery applications across multiple states.

With the G1, e-SPRINTO is seeking to extend this experience to the consumer market and establish a presence in family-oriented electric mobility. The company said the new scooter is designed to address the practical requirements of Indian consumers while supporting the wider shift towards electric transportation.
