Bringing more than 25 years of experience in precision machining, CNC programming and manufacturing operations, Rozon joins the company with extensive expertise in machining technologies, process improvement and technical training. A licensed General Machinist, Mr Rozon has built a distinguished career across multiple areas of manufacturing, including plant operations, CNC programming, equipment implementation and workforce development. His experience also includes extensive work with Mastercam software, process optimization, production planning, equipment sourcing and customer support, making him well positioned to assist manufacturers seeking to improve productivity while reducing operational costs.
In his new role, MrRozon will work closely with customers to develop machining strategies, provide application support and recommend machine tool solutions tailored to specific production requirements. He will also assist manufacturers in maximizing machine performance through process improvements, programming support and technical guidance.
