Delhivery Limited (NSE: DELHIVERY, BSE: 543529) has elevated Vani Venkatesh to Deputy Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately, as the logistics company further strengthens its leadership structure and expands executive responsibility across key business functions. Ms Venkatesh, who joined Delhivery in February 2025 as Chief Business Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), will now oversee revenue, marketing and customer experience. She will also work closely with the company’s operations leadership as part of her expanded responsibilities.

Her elevation follows a series of leadership changes undertaken by Delhivery to strengthen its senior management team and develop a broader pool of executives capable of taking on larger responsibilities. Earlier this year, Varun Bakshi was appointed Chief Sales Officer, Vikas Kapoor became Chief Strategy Officer, and Arun Bagavathi, Prashant Gazipur and Nikhil Ummat took charge as Chief Operating Officers. Sunny Raja was appointed Chief Procurement Officer.

As part of the latest organisational changes, Delhivery also announced that Ajith Pai, Chief Operating Officer and KMP, will leave the company at the close of business on September 15, 2026, to pursue opportunities independently. His responsibilities have already been transitioned to the newly appointed operations leadership team.

Sahil Barua, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Delhivery, said Mr Pai has been a founding member of the company and has played an important role in its growth, serving first as Chief Financial Officer and later as Chief Operating Officer. He thanked Pai for his contribution and wished him success in his future endeavours. Barua said Ms Venkatesh’s elevation reflects the increasing responsibilities she has taken on at Delhivery and the company’s focus on developing internal leadership capabilities.

The leadership changes come as Delhivery continues to expand its logistics platform and strengthen its presence across multiple segments of the supply chain. The company provides e-commerce and express parcel transportation, part truckload and full truckload freight, warehousing, supply chain solutions, international freight and intra-city logistics services.

Delhivery also offers technology-led logistics solutions, including warehouse management and transportation management software, supporting more than 54,000 clients across its network. The company has continued to invest in technology, operational capabilities and an integrated logistics network to serve businesses across India. The expanded leadership structure is expected to support Delhivery’s focus on growth, customer experience, operational execution and long-term value creation.

With Ms Venkatesh assuming the Deputy CEO role and responsibilities increasingly distributed across experienced leaders, Delhivery aims to strengthen execution while building a scalable leadership framework for its next phase of growth. Delhivery is a logistics services provider in India, offering e-commerce and express parcel transportation, Part Truck Load and Full Truck Load freight, warehousing and supply-chain solutions, international freight, intra-city logistics, data solutions and software-as-a-service offerings, including warehouse management and transportation management systems.
