Dassault Systèmes and NVIDIA have announced a long-term strategic partnership aimed at developing a shared industrial architecture for mission-critical artificial intelligence across industries. The collaboration brings together Dassault Systèmes’ Virtual Twin technologies with NVIDIA’s AI computing platforms, open models, and accelerated software libraries to support the creation of science-based industrial world models and new AI-enabled ways of working.

The partnership is focused on advancing physical AI—artificial intelligence grounded in real-world physics, engineering principles, and validated industrial data. By combining virtual representations of complex systems with high-performance computing, the two companies aim to help organizations design, simulate, and operate products and processes with greater accuracy and confidence across sectors such as manufacturing, engineering, materials science, and life sciences.

Pascal Daloz, Chief Executive Officer of Dassault Systèmes, said that AI grounded in scientific and industrial knowledge has the potential to significantly enhance human expertise. He noted that the collaboration with NVIDIA establishes a foundation for industrial AI that is reliable by design and capable of supporting innovation at scale, enabling professionals to work with trusted digital representations of real-world systems.

Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA, said that physical AI represents the next phase of artificial intelligence, one that operates within the laws of the physical world. By combining NVIDIA’s AI and Omniverse platforms with Dassault Systèmes’ industrial leadership, the partnership is intended to transform how researchers, designers, and engineers develop the systems that underpin global industries.

As part of the collaboration, Dassault Systèmes is deploying AI factories through its OUTSCALE cloud brand to support secure and sovereign AI operations. These facilities will use NVIDIA’s latest AI infrastructure across multiple regions, enabling advanced model deployment within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform while ensuring data privacy, intellectual property protection, and regulatory compliance for customers.

The shared infrastructure will also strengthen Dassault Systèmes’ Virtual Twin technologies by integrating NVIDIA’s open models and AI libraries. This will support faster scientific discovery, improved engineering simulation, and more autonomous manufacturing environments, while enabling intelligent virtual assistants within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform that can deliver context-aware insights based on validated industrial data.

Industry leaders including Bel Group, OMRON, Lucid, and the National Institute for Aviation Research are already applying these technologies to improve product development, manufacturing automation, sustainability outcomes, and certification processes. Through this partnership, Dassault Systèmes and NVIDIA aim to establish a scalable and trusted approach to industrial AI that supports innovation while remaining firmly rooted in real-world science and engineering.
