Crown Worldwide Group has inaugurated a new facility in Siwari, Delhi NCR, bringing several of its business operations together as part of its “One Crown” approach in India. Spread across 7.5 acres, the 135,000 sq ft facility is one of Crown’s largest in India. It is designed to bring together capabilities across information management, workspace, relocation, logistics, mobility and fine art services, enabling customers to access multiple services through a single organisation.
Crown has operated in the movement, storage and management of assets, information and workplaces for more than six decades. Its businesses include Crown Information Management, Crown Workspace, Crown Relocations, Crown Logistics, Crown World Mobility, Crown Fine Art and exXtra.

The facility is Green Building certified, with 20% of the site dedicated to green coverage.
The company said the co-location of its operations will allow teams across different business units to work more closely and provide customers with access to a wider range of services. For example, an organisation undertaking an office relocation can also use Crown’s information management services for digitising and storing records, employee relocation services, specialised logistics and storage for surplus assets.

The new facility strengthens Crown’s presence in Delhi NCR and its ability to serve customers across North India. The region has a large concentration of multinational companies, government organisations, technology firms, manufacturers and professional services companies.
Crown said customer requirements in India are increasingly spanning physical assets, digital information, workplace transitions, logistics and compliance. The new facility is intended to support these requirements through a broader range of services and greater coordination between its businesses.
