CPHI & PMEC India 2026 has announced a major expansion for its upcoming edition, marking a significant step forward in scale and industry engagement. Reflecting the rapid evolution of the global pharmaceutical sector, the event will now be आयोजित across two premier venues in Delhi-NCR, creating a broader platform for innovation, collaboration, and business growth.
In its 19th edition, the event will be split between two locations. CPHI India 2026 will take place from November 23 to 25, 2026 at Yashobhoomi (India International Convention and Expo Centre), while PMEC India 2026 is scheduled from November 24 to 26, 2026 at India Expo Mart. The overlapping timelines will create a continuous four-day window, allowing participants greater flexibility and enhanced opportunities to connect across the pharmaceutical value chain.
Over the past two decades, CPHI and PMEC India have built a strong reputation as a key meeting ground for domestic and global pharma stakeholders. The new dual-venue format is designed to support the industry’s increasing specialisation and the growing demand for more focused and meaningful engagement.
Yogesh Mudras, Managing Director, Informa Markets in India, said the expansion follows extensive research and stakeholder consultations. According to him, the platform had outgrown a single venue, with exhibitors seeking larger spaces and visitors looking for more time and deeper interactions. The revised structure addresses these needs while improving efficiency and enabling better collaboration across segments.
CPHI India will continue to serve as a global hub for pharmaceutical ingredients, APIs, formulations, and allied services. The event is expected to attract API and excipient manufacturers, finished dosage producers, CROs, CDMOs, biotech firms, and service providers, supporting international sourcing, innovation exchange, and strategic partnerships.
Meanwhile, PMEC India will focus exclusively on pharmaceutical machinery and manufacturing technologies. With dedicated attention to processing, packaging, cleanroom systems, laboratory solutions, automation, and digital manufacturing, the platform aims to provide a specialised environment for engineering and operations professionals.
Rahul Deshpande, Senior Group Director at Informa Markets in India, noted that the new format strengthens the overall ecosystem by offering both events greater scale and sharper focus while maintaining their integrated value-chain approach. With this expansion, CPHI & PMEC India 2026 is set to deliver a more comprehensive experience, positioning itself as a key driver of growth and innovation in the global pharmaceutical landscape.
