Beyond its renewed corporate identity, the company stood out at EMO Hanover 2025 by unveiling several world premieres that raise the bar in machining technology. These innovations reflect a strong focus on precision, efficiency, and automation- key drivers shaping the future of advanced manufacturing.
One of the highlights was the CHARMILLES LASER X 500 (U), representing the next stage in laser micro-machining, offering unmatched capability for intricate applications. Equally groundbreaking, the AGIE CHARMILLES CUT S series- including the CUT S 400, CUT S 600, and CUT S 800- introduced a new benchmark in wire EDM technology, delivering exceptional accuracy, higher productivity, and seamless compatibility with automation systems.
For ultra-precise milling, the MIKRON MILL P 500 VHP was presented as a solution for the most demanding micro-machining requirements. Complementing this, the System 3R Transformer T3-600 showcased an innovative automation concept designed to handle heavy workpieces of up to 600 kilograms, further expanding possibilities for efficient and flexible production.
The lineup also featured breakthroughs in grinding and tool manufacturing. The STUDER S23 offered a universal cylindrical grinding solution that combines top-tier precision, adaptability, and modern performance in a compact form. Meanwhile, the BLOHM PLANOMAT XM 408 provided an all-purpose answer for flat and profile grinding tasks. Completing the portfolio, the WALTER VISION LASER demonstrated versatile laser machining tailored for the evolving needs of modern tool production.
