BikeWo Green Tech Limited (“BikeWo”) has appointed Sumanth Badiga, an automotive industry veteran with more than three decades of experience across the automotive and commercial vehicle sectors, to its Advisory Board. The appointment comes as the company expands its presence across enterprise mobility and logistics.
Badiga currently serves as Managing Director of Jasper Industries, part of the established Jasper automotive group. He brings extensive experience spanning commercial and passenger vehicles, OEM relationships, vehicle distribution, after-sales operations and large-scale automotive businesses. He also serves as Chairman of Adithya Automotive Applications, where his experience covers truck applications, vehicle body solutions, trailers, tippers and specialised transportation requirements.
His career also includes senior leadership experience within the Tata ecosystem, giving him a broad understanding of OEM operations, commercial vehicle markets and the evolving requirements of fleet and enterprise customers. As BikeWo expands its integrated mobility and logistics capabilities across last-mile, mid-mile and long-mile transportation, Badiga will advise the company on commercial vehicle strategy, fleet development, OEM and industry partnerships, vehicle procurement and deployment, enterprise customer relationships and specialised logistics applications. His industry experience is expected to strengthen BikeWo’s ability to navigate the commercial vehicle value chain and develop solutions aligned with the evolving requirements of enterprises, fleet operators and logistics businesses.
