BikeWo Green Tech Limited is renewing its focus on its existing strategic partnership with Commerce Forever as part of its broader plan to build an integrated Energy and Mobility Infrastructure platform. The partnership was established through a Memorandum of Understanding signed in June 2025. The original framework envisaged the deployment of approximately 1,500 to 2,500 electric two-wheelers for last-mile delivery operations across Delhi NCR, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and nearby regions.

BikeWo said the opportunity is now closely linked to its wider business strategy as the company expands its capabilities across electric vehicle fleet operations, vehicle leasing, logistics and supporting infrastructure. The company is working towards building an integrated platform that connects mobility, fleet operations and logistics infrastructure.

The potential deployment of up to 2,500 electric two-wheelers could provide BikeWo with opportunities to improve operating efficiency across several areas. These include vehicle procurement, financing, insurance, charging, maintenance and fleet management.

A larger fleet could also help improve asset utilisation and create economies of scale across the company’s operations. Under the existing partnership framework, BikeWo and Commerce Forever will work on electric vehicle deployment, rider onboarding, technology-enabled fleet management, route management and operational support.

The services are intended to support Commerce Forever’s business-to-business e-commerce supply chain operations and last-mile delivery requirements. BikeWo said it is also examining strategic opportunities to strengthen its regional execution capabilities in North India.

The company is currently evaluating Delhi-based PositiEV Mobility as a possible opportunity that could complement the requirements of large electric vehicle fleet operations in the region. BikeWo plans to pursue the Commerce Forever opportunity in a phased manner. Future vehicle deployments will depend on demand, commercial viability, unit economics and the company’s capital allocation priorities.

Hiten Pal Saklani, Chief Executive Officer of BikeWo Green Tech Limited, said the Commerce Forever partnership represents an important opportunity within the company’s broader Energy and Mobility Infrastructure strategy. He said the potential deployment of up to 2,500 electric two-wheelers could help BikeWo create greater efficiency across procurement, financing, maintenance and fleet operations.

The company’s focus, he added, will be on converting such opportunities into commercially sustainable and scalable operations as it strengthens the wider BikeWo platform. BikeWo said any definitive agreements, commercial arrangements or other material developments arising from the partnership will be announced separately in line with applicable regulatory requirements.

BikeWo Green Tech Limited is building an integrated mobility and logistics platform with operations and capabilities across electric mobility, fleet management, logistics infrastructure and technology. The company is pursuing strategic acquisitions, investments and collaborations to expand its presence across different parts of India’s growing mobility and logistics value chain. The renewed focus on Commerce Forever reflects BikeWo’s effort to build scale in electric mobility while developing a wider infrastructure platform for the changing needs of India’s delivery and logistics sector.
