Bharat Forge and VVDN Technologies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore a strategic collaboration across technology-led sectors including automotive, defence, artificial intelligence and data centres.
Under the MoU, the two companies will jointly evaluate opportunities in next-generation technologies, with a focus on developing future-ready solutions for automotive platforms, defence applications and AI-driven server infrastructure. The collaboration is intended to combine complementary capabilities in engineering, manufacturing and technology innovation to support the development of advanced, scalable products aligned with evolving industry needs.
As rapid progress in areas such as generative AI, autonomous systems and sustainable computing continues to reshape global industries, the partnership aims to position both organisations to contribute to emerging technology ecosystems. By bringing together VVDN’s strengths in electronics design, software development, system integration and end-to-end manufacturing with Bharat Forge’s expertise in advanced manufacturing and precision engineering, the companies plan to jointly pursue high-impact innovation opportunities.
