The HARTING Technology Group has introduced the new PushPull V4 Power QuickLock connector, expanding its established PushPull portfolio with a solution designed for faster and simpler field installation. The latest variant integrates Han QuickLock termination technology, allowing direct, tool-free assembly on site and reducing installation time in demanding industrial settings.
Engineered for compact yet rugged applications, the PushPull V4 Power QuickLock connectors deliver dependable power transmission while simplifying handling. The QuickLock mechanism enables rapid conductor connection without specialised tools, making the solution particularly suited to automation, machinery, robotics, railway systems and outdoor installations where flexibility and reliability are essential.
The new connector variants are fully compatible with existing PushPull Power connectors featuring crimp connections, while offering several functional benefits. These include tool-free termination using Han QuickLock technology, a compact housing with IP65/67 protection, and high current capacity within minimal installation space. An integrated PushPull locking system provides an audible click for secure engagement, while touch-proof protection on both plug and receptacle sides supports safe installation. Four coding options ensure application flexibility without contact loss, and multiple termination technologies enable tailored device integration.
The connectors support conductor cross-sections of 1.5–2.5 mm² (flexible) and are available in configurations rated for 48 V DC / 12 A (4-pole) and 250 V AC / 16 A (2-pole + PE). Touch protection complies with IEC DIN EN 60529 standards.
The PushPull connector family serves as a versatile interface for transmitting power, signals and data across industrial environments, offering high packing density and signal integrity. With approximately 6,100 employees across 42 sales companies, 14 production sites and seven development centres worldwide, HARTING supports industries including transportation, electromobility, renewable energy, automation and mechanical engineering. In the 2024/25 financial year, the family-owned company recorded sales of EUR 1.1 billion.
