AXISCADES Technologies Limited, a leading Indian aerospace and defence technology solutions provider, has announced that it has secured an order from the Research & Development Establishment (Engineers), Pune, under the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Ministry of Defence, for the manufacturing and supply of a Mobile Mast System. The order has been awarded to AXISCADES through its wholly owned subsidiary, AXISCADES Aerospace & Technologies Private Limited, following a competitive tendering process. The contract is valued at ₹6.9 crore and includes the end-to-end scope covering manufacturing, system integration, qualification testing, technical documentation and final delivery of one Mobile Mast System.
According to the company, the Mobile Mast System is intended for deployment in advanced air defence applications across India. The system will support mission-critical operations and is expected to contribute to strengthening the country’s indigenous defence infrastructure capabilities.
The selection by DRDO’s R&DE (Engineers) reflects AXISCADES’ engineering strength in developing complex integrated defence platforms. The company stated that the project underscores its ability to combine multiple engineering disciplines into a single mission-ready system, including design, manufacturing precision, system integration and validation testing.
The award further reinforces AXISCADES’ positioning within India’s defence ecosystem as a technology and manufacturing partner aligned with the objectives of the Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative.
