AXISCADES Technologies Ltd (BSE: 532395 | NSE: AXISCADES), a major engineering and technology solutions provider across aerospace, defence, electronics, semiconductors and artificial intelligence, announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending 30 September 2025. The second quarter delivered a 13 percent year-on-year increase in total revenue, largely supported by a 22 percent rise in the company’s core business areas.

Defence grew by 37 percent and aerospace expanded by 16 percent, while the ESAI segment recorded a modest 1 percent decline compared with the same period last year. Heavy engineering, automotive and energy operations together contracted by 11.1 percent as a result of reduced customer accounts, a wider slowdown in the automotive sector and the timing of energy-related orders.

The company also reported a strong flow of defence orders during the quarter, with expectations of continued momentum driven by increased procurement activity from India as well as major global OEMs. Alongside this, AXISCADES continued strengthening its facilities and infrastructure to support a shift toward product-led, non-linear growth.

For Q2 FY26, consolidated revenue reached ₹299 crores, reflecting a 13 percent rise year-on-year. EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹47 crores, a 41.5 percent improvement over the ₹33 crores reported in Q2 FY25. The EBITDA margin improved to 15.7 percent, up by 310 basis points from the 12.6 percent achieved a year earlier. Profit after tax rose sharply to ₹23 crores, up 88.9 percent compared with ₹12 crores in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year, with margins increasing from 4.6 percent to 7.6 percent.

For the first half of FY26, consolidated revenue amounted to ₹543 crores, an 11.2 percent year-on-year increase. AXISCADES noted that historically, the first half of the year contributes around 45 percent of annual revenue, with the second half accounting for the remaining 55 percent due to defence revenue typically being booked later in the year. EBITDA for H1 FY26 reached ₹81 crores, up 25.7 percent from ₹65 crores in H1 FY25. The EBITDA margin improved to 14.9 percent, compared with 13.2 percent a year earlier. Profit after tax rose to ₹44 crores, representing a 51.6 percent increase and a margin of 7.9 percent versus 5.8 percent in H1 FY25.

Commenting on the company’s strategic direction, Dr Sampath Ravinarayanan, Founder Chairman and Managing Director, said it has been three quarters since he resumed his role, during which time the organisation launched the Power 930 programme targeting revenues of ₹9,000 crores, or one billion USD, by FY2030. He noted that the company aims for more than 40 percent annual growth in its core businesses in FY26 and FY27, with an acceleration beyond 70 percent from FY28 through FY30. Current indicators suggest AXISCADES is on track to meet the 40 percent targets for FY26 and FY27 in aerospace, defence and ESAI, and the company expects its new facilities, operational by 2027, to enable growth above the 70 percent mark in the following years.

Dr Ravinarayanan outlined an ongoing transition from a service-led model to one centred on products and solutions to drive higher per-capita revenue and stronger operating margins. Annualised EBITDA per employee rose from ₹4.31 lakhs in H1 FY25 to ₹6.36 lakhs in H1 FY26, marking a year-on-year increase of 47 percent. Significant investments are being made in infrastructure to support this shift, with much of the company’s 165,000 sq. ft. Aero-land facility already completed, and construction underway on the three-million sq. ft. Devanahalli Atmanirbhar Complex, which is set to become one of India’s largest centres for radars, strategic electronics and aerospace supply chains once fully operational.

He emphasized the company’s continued commitment to building partnerships with global industry leaders. AXISCADES has collaborated with MBDA and Indra, and has established new alliances with CILAS, EBC, Aldoria and EEA to deepen its capabilities and expand its revenue base. The company is also reviewing its business portfolio to identify areas that are stagnant, declining, or no longer aligned with its long-term strategy, and has engaged a strategic advisor to support this evaluation.

Dr Ravinarayanan expressed confidence in the company’s strong pipeline, noting that it provides clear visibility towards achieving the Power 930 mission by FY2030. AXISCADES remains focused on converting as much of this pipeline as possible into confirmed business while continuing to build new opportunities. He closed by thanking stakeholders for their ongoing support, expressing confidence that the company will continue to build an organisation defined by strong growth, operational discipline and enduring success.
