Autodesk and Pinnacle Infotech Solutions have entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to accelerate digital transformation across the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) sector. The collaboration was formalized during the launch of Pinnacle’s Center of Excellence for Design & Engineering in Bengaluru.
The partnership aims to combine Autodesk’s cloud-based technology platforms with Pinnacle Infotech’s expertise in digital design and engineering to enable more connected, data-driven project delivery. By integrating advanced tools with domain knowledge, the companies intend to improve efficiency across the entire project lifecycle—from design and construction to operations and asset management.
A key focus of the collaboration will be the adoption of integrated digital workflows that enhance coordination, streamline information management, and reduce inefficiencies in project execution. The initiative is expected to deliver faster, more predictable outcomes while improving quality standards for customers across the Asia-Pacific region and global markets.
The partnership will also promote the use of advanced technologies such as Digital Twin and connected construction systems. These capabilities are increasingly critical for enabling intelligent infrastructure, improving sustainability, and supporting resilient urban development. By leveraging these technologies, organizations can transition toward smarter, data-enabled decision-making throughout the lifecycle of infrastructure assets.
Bimal Patwari, CEO and Co-founder of Pinnacle Infotech, said the collaboration strengthens the company’s ability to scale digital delivery and create measurable value for clients. He highlighted that combining engineering expertise with Autodesk’s technology ecosystem will help reduce rework, improve coordination, and enhance efficiency across complex projects.
Kamolika Gupta Peres, Vice President for India and SAARC at Autodesk, emphasized the importance of partnerships in advancing the digital transformation of India’s infrastructure sector. She noted that the collaboration aligns with the country’s development ambitions and reinforces Autodesk’s position as a preferred platform for design and construction innovation.
Beyond technology integration, the partnership will focus on knowledge sharing, industry engagement, and ecosystem development. Both organizations plan to collaborate on industry programs and customer initiatives to accelerate the adoption of digital engineering best practices.
This agreement reflects a shared commitment to reshaping how infrastructure and buildings are designed, built, and managed. By enabling connected and data-driven workflows, Autodesk and Pinnacle Infotech aim to set new benchmarks for efficiency, sustainability, and innovation in the global AECO industry.
