Alicon Castalloy Limited has announced its financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, reporting strong revenue growth during the fourth quarter supported by healthy domestic demand and continued momentum across key automotive and industrial segments. The company reported total income of ₹495.4 crore during Q4 FY26, registering a growth of 16% compared to ₹425.6 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. On a sequential basis, revenue increased 15% from ₹430.8 crore in Q3 FY26.

The strong performance was supported by robust demand in the domestic market and higher aluminium prices, which contributed to topline expansion during the quarter. EBITDA for Q4 FY26 stood at ₹46.2 crore compared to ₹47.7 crore in the same quarter last year, while Profit Before Tax before exceptional items was reported at ₹9.9 crore. Profit After Tax for the quarter stood at ₹7.9 crore.

For the full financial year FY26, Alicon reported total income of ₹1,784.5 crore, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 4% compared to ₹1,723.8 crore in FY25. Annual EBITDA increased to ₹203.3 crore from ₹197.9 crore during the previous financial year, while Profit Before Tax before exceptional items stood at ₹54.7 crore. Profit After Tax for FY26 was reported at ₹34.4 crore. The company stated that profitability during the year was impacted by an exceptional provision related to Labour Code implementation and higher depreciation expenses.

Commenting on the results, Sumit Bhatnagar, Group Chief Executive Officer of Alicon Castalloy, said the company delivered a resilient operational performance despite challenges in international markets and input cost pressures. He noted that strong growth in the domestic business during the second half of FY26 helped offset weakness in export-oriented operations and contributed to a solid finish for the financial year.

Mr Bhatnagar added that Alicon remains focused on value addition, product diversification, technology enhancement, and increasing business share across key customer accounts as part of its long-term growth strategy. The company also expressed confidence in the outlook for the domestic automotive and manufacturing sectors, citing continued demand strength and improving industrial activity.

According to Alicon, evolving trade and economic partnerships, including India’s ongoing trade discussions with the European Union and framework arrangements with the United States, are expected to support long-term growth opportunities for the automotive and engineering sectors. Headquartered in Pune, Alicon Castalloy is one of India’s leading integrated manufacturers of aluminium castings and serves customers across automotive, aerospace, infrastructure, defence, agriculture, healthcare, and energy sectors.
