Aimtron Foundation has inaugurated a new pre-primary school for girls in Bhupghad, near Rajkot, further strengthening its commitment to expanding access to early childhood education in rural Gujarat. The newly opened institution is expected to cater to more than 100 children from nearby villages and marks the foundation’s second school in the region, following its earlier initiative in Tramba.

The Bhupghad school introduces a structured pre-primary curriculum designed to support early learning through bilingual instruction and activity-based teaching methods. The programme focuses on developing core skills in literacy, numeracy, and cognitive abilities during the formative years. Access to quality pre-primary education remains limited in several rural parts of Gujarat, making such interventions critical for long-term educational outcomes.

The foundation’s first school in Tramba, operational for over a year, has demonstrated the effectiveness of its approach. By combining well-equipped classroom infrastructure with trained educators and child-centric teaching practices, the initiative has contributed to improved early learning engagement in the community. The Bhupghad school builds on this model, aiming to replicate and scale its impact across similar underserved regions.

Aimtron Foundation has been actively engaged in community development initiatives across Gujarat since 2017. Its programmes span education, vocational training, digital literacy, and women’s empowerment, with a strong emphasis on sustainable, grassroots-level impact. Over the years, the foundation has conducted more than 530 vocational training sessions and 135 soft skills programmes. It has also trained over 284 women in tailoring and garment production, enabling them to generate livelihoods and improve financial independence.

Cumulatively, the foundation’s initiatives have reached over 8,500 beneficiaries, reflecting its growing footprint in community-focused development. The launch of the Bhupghad school aligns with its broader strategy of creating long-term value through targeted interventions in education and skill-building.

Speaking on the occasion, Mukesh Vasani, Founder of Aimtron Electronics, highlighted the importance of early education in shaping future opportunities. He noted that the initiative is aimed at creating lasting impact by addressing foundational learning gaps at the grassroots level. The Bhupghad school represents a continued effort by Aimtron Foundation to strengthen educational access and empower communities through sustained, outcome-driven initiatives.

Established in 2017, Aimtron Foundation is the corporate social responsibility arm of Aimtron Electronics Ltd. The organisation focuses on education, vocational training, digital literacy, and women’s empowerment, working to create inclusive and sustainable development opportunities across Gujarat and beyond.
