ACE-Action Construction Equipment Ltd has distributed 50 electric three-wheeled scooters to Divyangjan from economically weaker sections of Faridabad as part of its CSR initiative through the ACE Emergency Response Service Trust. The scooters, with a combined value of around ₹48 lakh, were handed over at a ceremony held at Rudra Banquet Hall, Faridabad.

The event was attended by Krishan Pal Gurjar, Minister of State for Cooperation, Government of India, as the Chief Guest and Vijay Agarwal, Chairman and Managing Director, Action Construction Equipment Ltd, who presided over the ceremony. The initiative aims to provide beneficiaries with greater independence and easier access to employment, education, business opportunities and other daily activities. By providing personal mobility, ACE seeks to help Divyangjan become more self-reliant and participate more actively in their communities.

Speaking about the initiative, Vijay Agarwal, Chairman and Managing Director, ACE-Action Construction Equipment Ltd, said, “As a responsible corporate company, ACE believes that the impact of business must extend beyond economic value creation to creating opportunities. Mobility is closely linked to independence, dignity and the ability to pursue one’s aspirations. Through this initiative, we aim to empower Divyangjan from economically weaker sections, by providing them with a reliable means of mobility that can make a meaningful difference to their everyday lives. Our endeavour is to contribute towards building a society that is accessible, inclusive and unbiased, where every individual has the opportunity to move forward and realise their potential.”

ACE has been undertaking community-focused programmes for more than a decade through its flagship CSR initiative, the ACE Emergency Response Service Trust. Established in 2013, the Trust operates a free, 24-hour emergency response service across Palwal and Faridabad.

The service is supported by emergency medical response vehicles, trained Emergency Medical Technicians and a dedicated command-and-control centre. The programme provides emergency medical assistance to communities in the region and forms an important part of ACE’s CSR activities.

The company has also established two pathology laboratories in Palwal and NIT Faridabad, offering essential diagnostic tests at discounts of up to 80% compared with market rates. Through these healthcare initiatives, ACE aims to make basic medical services more affordable and accessible to local communities. The ACE Emergency Response Service Trust has grown from a grassroots initiative into a continuing community healthcare programme. The initiative has expanded its focus to include healthcare access and other social development activities.

ACE’s CSR programmes are aimed at supporting communities around its areas of operation by improving access to essential services and creating opportunities for people from economically weaker sections. The company said it will continue to undertake initiatives focused on healthcare, mobility, inclusion and community development.
