Schmalz India Pvt. Ltd., the Indian subsidiary of German vacuum technology specialist J. Schmalz GmbH, will participate in IMTEX FORMING 2026, scheduled from 21–25 January 2026 at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC). The 2026 edition marks Schmalz India’s eighth participation at IMTEX since its debut at the exhibition in 2012.
At IMTEX FORMING 2026, Schmalz India will showcase comprehensive vacuum automation and ergonomic handling solutions for sheet metal, manufacturing, and automation-led production environments. The booth will feature live demonstrations of handling system, rope balancers, advanced vacuum automation technologies including the air saving vacuum generator, the mGrip finger gripper, and complete automation components. Serving automotive, electronics, metal, glass, logistics, and industrial manufacturing sectors, these solutions optimise assembly automation, precision component handling, heavy-load material movement, and production line efficiency while reducing operator fatigue and enhancing workplace safety.
A key highlight at the exhibition will be the launch of HT1-ESD new range of suction cups. Developed for the electronics and display manufacturing industries, these suction cups are engineered to provide mark-free handling, electrostatic discharge protection, and high temperature resistance, supporting reliable handling of sensitive electronic components and glass surfaces.
At the booth, witness the VacuMaster heavy‑duty handling system in action, built to manage loads up to 750 kg and suited for sheet handling applications over Laser cutting and CNC machine loading. Additional live demonstrations will include the JumboFlex 50 vacuum tube lifter, Binar Rope Balancer QLAi 100 and QLRi 125 highlighting precision handling at high cycle frequencies.
The exhibit will further feature Schmalz’s vacuum automation portfolio, including finger grippers, sack grippers, vacuum generators, suction cups, special grippers, vacuum clamping systems, and robotic end-of-arm tooling solutions. Participation at IMTEX FORMING 2026 reflects Schmalz India’s continued engagement with the manufacturing ecosystem and evolving industry needs.
