Force Motors Limited has joined hands with Zoho Corporation to roll out advanced digital systems across its dealership network, marking a significant step in the company’s ongoing modernization efforts under the banner of Project DigiForce. As part of the agreement, Zoho will implement its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Dealer Management System (DMS) platforms, along with a suite of 12 tech-driven applications. These tools will replace outdated systems at more than 200 dealerships, 70 service centers, and 30 spare parts outlets across India.
The overhaul is expected to simplify dealer operations, improve customer service, and strengthen sales and after-sales processes. With a presence in over 25 international markets, Force Motors anticipates that these new tools will drive greater efficiency and support smarter decision-making through better use of business data.
“This collaboration with Zoho is a major step in reshaping the customer experience,” said Prasan Firodia, Managing Director of Force Motors. “We’re not just upgrading systems—we’re empowering our dealer and distributor network with better tools to serve customers across both domestic and global markets.”
Mani Vembu, CEO of Zoho Corporation, added, “This partnership reflects a shared vision—using modern technology to improve every aspect of customer interaction and internal collaboration.” He said the new platform would foster stronger connections across teams and help streamline everyday operations.
