LTM has introduced BlueVerse™ AgenTraceIQ, an enterprise offering designed to help organisations monitor, govern and manage risks associated with the growing use of agentic artificial intelligence. The offering combines Rubrik Agent Cloud with LTM’s governance-led services model to provide advisory, deployment and managed services for enterprises adopting AI agents. It is designed to provide visibility into agent activity, apply policy-based controls and support recovery following unintended or destructive actions.
BlueVerse™ AgenTraceIQ links agent actions with prompts, plans and tool interactions, giving organisations greater visibility into how AI agents operate. The framework is intended to support explainability, auditability and root-cause analysis as enterprises deploy AI agents across business functions.
The solution also incorporates zero-trust access controls and capabilities to restore systems, data, configurations and repositories following an incident. It supports a range of agent ecosystems, including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Salesforce Agentforce, Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic Claude and custom-built frameworks.
“Agentic AI is rapidly reshaping enterprise operations, but scaling adoption requires more than deploying intelligent agents. Organizations need the ability to understand agent behaviour, establish accountability, and respond quickly when unexpected outcomes occur,” said Krishnan Iyer, Chief Growth Officer, LTM. He said BlueVerse™ AgenTraceIQ is intended to help organisations move from experimentation to production-scale AI operations by combining governance, monitoring and resilience capabilities.
The offering includes AI Resilience Assessments, Governance Framework Design, Deployment and Integration Services, and Managed Governance Operations. These services are aimed at helping organisations establish operating models for the use of AI agents while addressing governance and compliance requirements.
As AI agents gain wider access to enterprise systems, applications, data and business processes, organisations face the challenge of maintaining oversight of automated actions. BlueVerse™ AgenTraceIQ is designed to provide a structured approach to monitoring these activities and responding when agent behaviour produces unintended outcomes.
The integration of Rubrik technology with LTM’s AI transformation and governance services is intended to support enterprise deployments across different agent platforms. The offering covers assessment, implementation and ongoing management rather than focusing solely on the deployment of individual AI agents.
