Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BSE: 539607; NSE: BLUECLOUDS) has secured a US$15.5 million (approximately ₹147 crore) order from IBM Cloud Inc for AI infrastructure design, deployment and support services. The Statement of Work has been awarded to Blue Cloud’s wholly owned US subsidiary, Global Impx Inc (GIX), under a Master Services Agreement signed between the two companies on August 21, 2026. Work commenced on September 24, 2026, with payments linked to five milestones covering the project from kick-off through production go-live.

GIX will design and deploy a scalable and secure infrastructure environment for AI and machine learning workloads. The project will support model development, training, fine-tuning and inference and will cover the full infrastructure lifecycle. The engagement will be executed in four stages. The design phase will assess AI workloads and existing infrastructure before developing the high-level architecture and detailed design. The build phase will include GPU compute clusters, high-performance storage and networking, AI and machine learning platforms and Kubernetes-based orchestration.

The third stage will focus on securing and operating the infrastructure. It will include identity and access controls, network segmentation, encryption, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery systems. The final stage will cover performance validation, documentation, knowledge transfer and production handover, followed by a stabilisation and support period. The project includes defined service levels. Infrastructure and GPU availability will be maintained at a minimum of 99.5 per cent. Critical alerts are required to be addressed within 15 minutes, while response to critical incidents is required within 30 minutes.

Tejesh Kumar Kodali, Group Chairman, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited, said, “AI is moving out of the lab and into production, and that move runs on infrastructure. Winning this mandate from IBM Cloud within three months of GIX joining Blue Cloud shows that our US platform can compete for, and deliver, the most demanding AI infrastructure work. This is the high-value, repeatable business we set out to build when we brought GIX into the group.”

Vinod Babu Bollikonda, Managing Director and Group CEO, said, “Our teams have already mobilised. We will deliver against clear milestones and service levels, including 99.5 per cent availability, and we aim to earn a long-term relationship with the client that extends well beyond this engagement.” The order strengthens Blue Cloud’s AI infrastructure business in the United States, which is its largest market.

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions is headquartered in Hyderabad and provides AI solutions and infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecom and 5G services and healthcare technology to government and enterprise customers. Its platforms include AccessGenie, Blura SAGA, BluHawk and BluHealth. The company has operating entities in India, the US and the UK and operations in six other countries. It reported consolidated revenue of ₹1,002 crore for FY2025-26.
