Blue Yonder has been named a Leader in the inaugural 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Supply Chain Management Suites. The company is the only pure-play supply chain management vendor placed in the Leaders quadrant in the report. The recognition adds to Blue Yonder’s presence across Gartner’s supply chain technology assessments. The company is one of only two vendors named a Leader in four Gartner Magic Quadrant reports covering Supply Chain Planning for Discrete Industries, Transportation Management Systems, Warehouse Management Systems and Supply Chain Management Suites.
Gartner’s Supply Chain Management Suites evaluation covers capabilities across supply chain planning, logistics, production, sourcing, procurement and supply chain orchestration. The report assesses vendors based on Ability to Execute and Completeness of Vision and identifies efficiency, resilience and end-to-end visibility as important capabilities for supply chain operations.
Blue Yonder attributes its position to its AI-powered Cognitive Solutions, built on the Blue Yonder Platform and its AI data cloud. The technology is designed to connect data, decision-making and execution across supply chain networks, helping organisations coordinate activities across planning and execution.
Blue Yonder’s supply chain management solutions are designed to support organisations across multiple tiers and trading partners. Predictive, generative and agentic AI capabilities are embedded into workflows to help identify potential disruptions, provide recommendations and support decisions across demand, supply, fulfilment and returns.
The Blue Yonder Platform uses a cloud-native architecture to enable data sharing and collaboration across supply chain operations. The company said the approach is intended to reduce complexity and improve productivity, efficiency and accuracy. The platform also integrates with the Blue Yonder Network, providing real-time visibility and orchestration across suppliers, carriers and trading partners. AI and machine learning capabilities support real-time monitoring, alerts, recommendations, forecasting and predictive analysis.
Wayne Usie, Chief Strategy Officer, Blue Yonder, said, “We believe our recognition in this inaugural report positions Blue Yonder as uniquely capable of serving large enterprises navigating the complex intersection of planning, execution and ecosystem collaboration. Our focus is on helping customers break down silos for interoperability, coordinate decisions across their supply chain networks and act with speed and precision when disruptions hit.”
Blue Yonder’s 2026 Supply Chain Compass report, based on a survey of nearly 700 supply chain professionals across retail, logistics and manufacturing, also highlighted the growing focus on machine learning, unified data platforms and digital supply chain networks among supply chain leaders. Blue Yonder provides an AI-driven platform and multi-tier network for supply chain management. The company works with more than 3,000 retailers, manufacturers and logistics service providers, supporting planning, execution and supply chain operations.
