STUDDS Accessories Ltd, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of two-wheeler helmets, has introduced the new Trooper Legacy Shield Helmet in India. Developed in collaboration with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products, the latest offering expands the company’s DC Super Heroes-inspired collection with a fresh Superman-themed design built on one of its most popular modular helmet platforms.
The new Trooper Legacy Shield combines bold styling with rider safety and everyday practicality. Drawing inspiration from the iconic Superman character, the helmet features a prominent Superman “S” shield graphic, a SUPERMAN wordmark across the crown, and a “Greatest Defender” inscription on the chin section. Together, these elements create a distinctive visual identity designed to appeal to motorcycle enthusiasts and fans of the legendary superhero.
Available in five color variants—Black & White, Black & Grey, Black & Red, Black & Teal Metallic Foil, and Black & Red Metallic Foil—the helmet is offered in both matte and gloss finishes. The metallic foil versions introduce enhanced reflective effects that give the graphics greater visual impact.
The helmet retains the modular flip-up design that has made the Trooper series popular among riders. The mechanism allows users to lift the chin bar during brief stops while providing full-face protection during rides. This combination of convenience and safety makes it suitable for both urban commuting and long-distance travel.
Constructed using a high-impact ABS outer shell and regulated-density EPS liner, the Trooper Legacy Shield is engineered to deliver effective impact protection. It carries both ISI certification from the Bureau of Indian Standards and DOT certification from the United States Department of Transportation, reflecting compliance with recognized safety standards. Additional features include a scratch-resistant quick-release visor, hypoallergenic replaceable liners, removable lower trim for easier maintenance, UV-resistant paint protection, and a quick-release chin strap with a stainless-steel buckle.
