Larson Tool & Stamping Company has announced a major leadership transition that marks a significant milestone in the company’s more than 100-year history while reinforcing its long-term commitment to family ownership and continued growth. After more than 40 years of service, Charles “Chuck” Cederberg is retiring from his role as President. Cederberg joined Larson Tool & Stamping in 1985 and was appointed President in 2004. During his leadership tenure, he played a key role in expanding the company’s capabilities and strengthening its reputation as a trusted precision metal stamping and assembly partner.

Although retiring from daily operational responsibilities, Mr Cederberg will continue supporting the company as an advisor through June 2026 and will remain on the Board of Directors. His ongoing involvement is expected to support a smooth transition and maintain continuity as the company enters a new phase of leadership.

William “Bill” Larson has been appointed President while continuing in his current role as Chief Financial Officer. A fourth-generation member of the Larson family, Bill Larson brings decades of experience within the organization along with extensive financial and operational expertise. His appointment reflects the company’s strategy of combining long-standing institutional knowledge with forward-looking leadership.

As part of the transition, Larson Tool & Stamping has also promoted Andrew Larson and Kyle Cederberg to Vice President/Partner positions while they continue in their current operational roles. Andrew Larson, currently Operations Manager, has led several initiatives focused on operational efficiency, process improvement, and day-to-day manufacturing performance. With a background in finance, he has been closely involved in driving organizational growth and strengthening production capabilities.

Kyle Cederberg, who serves as Systems and Quality Engineer, has been instrumental in enhancing the company’s systems infrastructure, quality management processes, and technology integration efforts. His engineering expertise has supported modernization initiatives across multiple areas of the business.

Over the past five years, both Andrew Larson and Kyle Cederberg have contributed significantly to the company’s operational success and strategic direction. Their promotions represent the advancement of the fifth generation of leadership within Larson Tool & Stamping, continuing the company’s tradition of family-led management established since its founding in 1920.

Company leadership stated that the transition reflects a carefully planned succession strategy designed to balance experience, continuity, and innovation. By elevating emerging leaders into expanded management roles, Larson Tool & Stamping aims to strengthen long-term stability while positioning the company for future opportunities in manufacturing and precision engineering.

Bill Larson acknowledged Chuck Cederberg’s contributions, noting that his leadership, dedication, and commitment to employees and customers have had a lasting impact on the organization and its culture. With the new leadership structure now in place, Larson Tool & Stamping says it remains focused on delivering high-quality, cost-effective manufacturing solutions while maintaining the customer relationships, reliability, and values that have defined the company for more than a century.
