GibbsCAM, the multi-axis CAM software used by precision manufacturers across aerospace, medical, and defence industries worldwide, is hosting its second Reseller Meet in India on May 4, 2026, at the Sandvik Innovation Hub in Pune, just days after the facility’s inauguration on April 28, 2026. Building on the first edition held in 2025, the event brings together GibbsCAM’s authorised Indian reseller network for focused discussions on market strategy, product direction, and the opportunity ahead for precision manufacturing in the country.
Thorsten Strauss, President of GibbsCAM, will lead the discussions. He will be joined by Manish Chaudhry, Regional Manager for India and MEA. The choice of the Sandvik Innovation Hub as the venue is deliberate: a newly opened facility dedicated to manufacturing innovation is a fitting setting for a conversation about where Indian precision manufacturing is headed.
Government initiatives around Make in India and Production Linked Incentive schemes are further pushing manufacturers to upgrade both equipment and process capability, creating a window that GibbsCAM is moving to address directly.Â
The Reseller Meet will cover technical support structures and customer onboarding, with the goal of equipping the reseller network to serve Indian shops through this period of manufacturing growth.
The Pune Reseller Meet follows GibbsCAM’s participation at TAGMA Die and Mould India 2026 in Mumbai, where the company engaged with die and mould manufacturers across the country at a major Indian trade show.Â
GibbsCAM is a professional CAM software application used to programme CNC machine tools. With over three decades of use in high-precision industries globally, GibbsCAM specialises in multi-axis machining, mill-turn, and complex simultaneous operations.Â
